Discover the vibrant world of torch-fired enameling and capture the beauty of a spring meadow in glass and copper!
 
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the magical, fast-paced art of fusing glass to metal using a handheld torch. Guided by an expert instructor, you will design and create your own matching meadow-themed earring and pendant set to take home and wear.
 
You will learn the safety and technique of using a torch to fuse colorful glass powders onto copper blanks, designing with millefiori (historic Italian "thousand flowers" glass canes) to create dimensional floral landscapes and colour layering techniques which explore how different opaque and transparent enamel colors react under the flame to create depth, backgrounds, and organic textures.
