Learn how to create a complex and eye-catching ring using faceted gemstones, faceted beads, and heat rivets. In this fun yet challenging project, students will fabricate a custom ring form designed to showcase decorative beadwork embellished with bronze or gold heat rivets. Students will also learn tube-setting techniques and choose to set their faceted gemstone in sterling silver, brass, or gold. A great class for students looking to expand their fabrication, stone-setting, and decorative metalworking skills. Previous experience is required.
There is a kit fee that varies between $95 - 265 depending on your metal choices.
